Return Window:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
  • Original shipping Charges may not be included in refunds.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Undergarments: Due to hygiene concerns, undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Opened or used consumable products: Food, beverages, personal care items, and other consumable products cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Digital products: Downloads, subscriptions, and other digital products cannot be returned once purchased.

Return Methods:

You can choose to return your items through the following methods:

  • By mail: Package your item securely and send it back to the address provided on your order confirmation email. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly by Orderiz.
  • In-store drop-off: If you are located near one of our Orderiz stores, you can bring your item to the store for a return or exchange.
  • By Websie: Customers can view a list of their recent orders on the “My Account” page.Each order may have a “Return” button or link next to it, allowing customers to quickly initiate a return without accessing the individual order view page.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid with Razorpay with our Website, the refund will be credited back to your chosen account. Otherwase We Check your Transaction Details and Refund you. No Worries We are Nice Person.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Additional Information:

  • Please include a copy of your order confirmation email or packing slip with your return.
  • Items returned in damaged or unsanitary condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
